Edit: bah i knew i should have jumped on earlyer when i had the chance instaed of going to play bf2, i was only 160th earlyer now im 431st to join in on the testing of kali

rah! 8 turrets, 10% optimal bonus per level (!!!!!) 6 mids AND the power/cpu to fit em all! Christ..

and er.. what's different about the Abaddon from the Apoc, just PG/CPU and more HP's? :s
 
cheers muffin, damn some of those ships look sweet.

All the battlecruisers look fantastic, kinda nullifies the cruiser class with hac damage and heavy tank. I'll definitly put Thanos in a drake! I wouldnt take the gallente one over a domi though.

I'm not so keen on the hyperion, I was hoping for a lot more grid.
The abaddon could use a lot of love though, I sympathise with amarr.

Your corp has annoyed me already. I have 3 emails - 2 hotmail ones and my student one. I'm not allowed to use hotmail addresses on your forums. Now i have to have my student address registered (which i done) but i am not meant to be using that for anything other than educational purposes, nor do i want to as i get all my important info off of my lecturers on it.

Also hurry up and activate my account :p

nice screenies abaddon looks huge and thats a big hit there. I'll have to hide if you come visiting near me.

I got to number one in the queue went to log on and had wrong password in so it bumped me back to number 550 in the queue. Think I'll try again tomorrow when the mad rush has died down.


Should hopefully breathe more life into the game with kali. Just hope they do manage to fix at some point fleet lag issues.
 
It certainly seems like we are in line for some big changes to the game, I can't wait for heavy assault missiles and sticking my caldari character into a drake! I feel a bit disappointed by the gallente BC though, it looks great and it's stats arent bad, it just doesnt do anything the dominix can't do, and when you have invested into BS5 and interfacing 5 you dont want anything less than 5 heavy drones!

Badman seems to have some impressive skills! What is your sp count ;)

I think these Hitpoint changes and new BC are going to render solo pirating (vs bigger targets) in intys/afs and perhaps even t1 cruisers a lot harder. You'll have to fight for longer, easier to run out of cap, and these BC will be easy for newer players to get into but still offer the damage and tanking previously only HAC/BS had.
 
Wasn't Kali supposed to include graphical enhancements aswell? I know eve is pretty as it is but they did say...

hhaha so new Amarr BS is a mix of what we have now and another cap drinker.

Why are lasers so bloody gay????
 
It does more damage then a zealot? for t1 price?
I'd quite like to know how useless omen/maller will be for combat now
 
16m sp with max gunnery bar controlled bursts, corp now has a Zealot BPO so me and everyone in else in corp is traning for one, after that its back on course for capitals :p

The graphical improvements are due out around Vista AFAIK, one Vista client and a non Vista cleint.

And yes Efour the Abaddon is crap, but CCP don't really have any ideas what to do with Amarr.
I did try a Mega Pulse setup and I could get a nice fit on it, tried tanking staion sentries but they stopped shooting after a few minuets, but I miagine with the Res bonus it could make a nice little ganker, but nothing the geddon couldnt do too.
