Basically, yes, or if you plan to do the missions in groups.

Like i was saying before though, target painters might be handy for you - although obviously without a AB on that setup the rats are going to come to you...

With regards to generating ISK or loyalty points though, level 3s are very very close to level 4's, certainly if you're using a higher quality level 3 agent. And obviously, there's pretty much no risk of losing your BS on a level 3...

You are right, just checked, it's 6 expanders and a Co Processor 1.

Interesting you say that about level 3 agents compared to level 4's.... I've accumulated 24K of loyalty points with my level 4 agent in about 10 missions, and yet my level 3 agent took me about 50 to do the same. As for rewards, my level 4 rarely drops below 400K + bonus, and has given 1.2m+bonus, whereas my level 3 averages out at about 200K+bonus. Ok, some of the level 4 misions are TOTAL barstewards that I can't complete, but doing level 3's in my Mega seems... almost unfair :) Anyway, it'd mean moving again from Scolluzer (level 4 fed navy security) to Massalle (3 level 3 agents, various factions of fed navy), so I'm inclined to stick with my level 4, but I can grind three level 3's in about an hour, including loot collection, so it's a bit of a toss up.

Time for some thought, I feel, or to find the highest level 3 fed navy security agent I can.
 
OK i've got my account activated and i'm just wandering around Ardene.

Last time i played i got my ship destroyed and now im in some crappy pod thing.

Any chance of joining someones corp and getting a half decent ship etc?

Tho i've got 200ISK and a few crappy items. :)

Just wandering around space like a headless chicken at the moment :(
 
Pete, dock somewhere, and you should get a new starter ship given to you. I'd advise checking the eve online forums out, and having a really good read of the stickies and guides, there's some really good information there.
 
Anyone got any screenies of last nights node crash. I heard the guys talking about them crashing the node in local last night. I didn't actually think they would be able to do it though so I logged off.

Then I couldn't log back on to change my learning skill to a new one doh.
 
Apparently a corp was protesting at the suspension of 4 of their members, they bought 3mill worth of shuttles and ejectected from them, the GM's had to smartbomb the shuttles to get rid. Thats what i heard anyways. Lag me up before you go go.
 
So the 4 members who were suspended are no longer lonely as the rest of their corp is suspended with them? :D

idiots.. 4 people suspended, for what will 99% certainly be a valid reason, so they decided to stop everyone playing. Go you.
 
in a way I can see why they are upset. But crashing the server what's the point in that. Apart from running risk of suspension/banning what have they achieved.

and how have they achieved that then?

by causing incredible lag on the server and making gameplay almost impossible?

not to mention causing nodes to crash so people can't play/log on...

suspend them for being muppets tbh...

The real reason:
The Node crash was due to SAS Corp & 4S Corp, Protesting at the Change of name of there Corp. (This was due to a Junior GM over stepping his mark and changeing them due to some pertitions).

The Node Crash occured due to the Corps Placing 200+ shuttles out side a Station in Jita, and also Copying Bookmarks while in space. 400+ pilots in systme at one point

And to Compound the issue players flocked to the system wanting to be Nosey.

And to be really funny, GM told the Offending players (iirc) that you have to remove the Shuttles, and they thought SB them which had other casualties two.

I believe that the offenders have been band for a Week.

I think, from reading last night on the forums, that someone petitioned because of their name, 4S, which apparently is known as a serbian political organisation. They'd been known as 4S for 3 years or so, and weren't happy about having to change it.

Personally, I couldn't give a crap about their name, all I know is I couldn't log on because a small group of people decided that it was a good idea to demonstrate their dissaproval by crashing the server, instead of discussing it with CCP directly.
