Remember how upset Bisping got over Jorge Rivera's trash talking before their fight?

Multiply that by a thousand and you're still not close to how bad Chael would wind him up...
 
Bisping and Chael was suppose to be the real no1 contendership opening, they were suppose to go at it on the tuf series but chael was in a mess and they had to press on.

Im glad miller got back in the ufc and hopefully can make something out of if this time round, even if he is defeated hopefully he puts on a good show cos thats what its all about.

I can still see both of them eventually fighting each other in spring 2012 to face the spider for summer 2012.
 
the problem with bisping vs chael or munoz is that hes gona get taken down and beat on, his ground game is good enough to submit those guys. and they will just be able to hold him down.

as for the argument of who has he beat to deserve a shot ? i think its more a case of who hasn't Anderson beat ?
also Anderson vs cheal is the fight to make right now, thats going to sell a lot more PPVs in the states, as a posed to Anderson vs munoz.

i think they will make Munoz vs winner of bisping/mayhem, to face winner of cheal/anderson next September/October ish
 
Bisping is 3 fights (probably 2 years) from a legit title shot by which case Silva is likely to have retired. He hasn't fought anyone in the top 10 yet. Give him Stann, Munoz, Belfort and Sonnen, and if he makes his way through them, then he deserves a title shot.

I'm not against the idea of him somehow getting a title shot without deserving it, just to see him sparked out by Silva in the first round.
 
I'd love to see Sonnen v Bisping


Not too bothered about Bisping v Miller, would love to see bisping get beat but i'd also like to see him win and face one of the top 5 of the division just to see him get his ass handed to him.

Looking forward to the rest of the events of the year, roll on Jones v Machida. :p
 
Id like to see bisping vs chael sonnen, like it originally should have been.

I think Chael is not going to fight anderson anytime soon, the spiders slated and due back around summer time. Chael and Munoz/Bisping makes more sense or Munoz vs Bisping.....
 
At the mma awards Chael said he wasn't fighting Munoz and hinted he will fight the winner of Bisping v Miller.

Noob question alert*

Does the fact Bisping was over weight affect anything as it was such a small amount over? or do they agree at a pay cut?

Also, is there anywhere to watch tonight's fight in the UK (live)?
