To be honest, since fighting against (and looking good) a staff-infected and worn down Big Nog, it just strikes me as Frank is returning to his old, flabby ways with not training properly etc. Granted he beat Cheick, but then he got steam rollered by Lesnar and Carwin and to be honest I dont give him much a chance in this fight coming up.

For both of those fights he was in the best shape of his life? He bulked up to 265lbs and didn't look flabby at all. If you saw the training videos of him you would have seen how hard he worked for the fights.

I don't think he can beat Brock (again) or Carwin, but he is still a top guy in the division. Unfortunately I see him beating Nog again, Nog has got too many miles on the clock nowadays.

Not sure if anyone else is aware (although i'm sure you all are), but UFC120 has been announced for London in October and tickets go on sale to O2 subscribers this Friday and general sale Saturday.

Priced £50, £75, £100, £125 and £250.

I like this fight, Huge fan of both guys, If Mir can get it to the floor, he wins, But Mir will likely try and show off his boxing, In which it could become a very interesting fight.

Wonder what Mir will show up though, The 265lb beast or the smalled deflated Mir.
