lol that dude who's fighting cain is hooooge

He is an acromegaly sufferer, without which he would be circa five foot eight.

ESPN still showing the Scotland - USA friendly, better be about to switch over because I don't pay for this channel to watch soccer!

edit: we're going to miss the start, unbelievable!

Good night of fights, everything was a finish.

Cant actually think of a winner of fight of the night though as none of them really went long enough to be competitive.

yeah was a great card and event, what happen to ESPN anyhow ?

I had a feeling mayhem may faulter he was going up a decent wrestler and has had issues in the past just look at jake sheilds fight. I guess as he said if he looses he deserves to be cut anyhow hes got a good personality but I dont think he offers or brings in numbers for ufc will be interesting too hear what happens to him he did not even wait for joe rogan lol

Cain was a beast.... hes really improved loved that elbow my only concern was all that bigfoot blood was gonna make it hard for him to control the fight and for him to punch him out to a win.

Cain vs JDS surely ?

And you can bet Cain will use his footwork and head bobbin and weaving and look for wrestling and take down and elbows and punches to finish JDS, now that will be an epic fight.

Cain really was possessed.

The refereeing in the Cain fight was a disgrace though, and certainly made Cains night a hell of a lot easier. That cut was squirting so much blood that Silva would not have been able to see at all, or breathe, and Josh Rosenthal is just standing back and letting Cain beat on him. Disgusting.

Dunno what is going on with Mayhem. Its sad as to me he seems like a really likeable character.
Apparently Dana said that he did some "crazy ****" backstage afterwards, so this will be the last time we see him fight in the UFC.

They missed the first 10 minutes of the event to bring us an international soccer friendly, wasn't happy but at least they switched over in time for the first fight (just).

Yes, has to be a rematch now. There's no one else close to either of them at the minute.
Daniel Cormier disagrees... ;)

I disagree, I thought he did a great job; stopped the fight to let the doctor take a look at Bigfoot's cut, ended it when Bigfoot was clearly no longer defending himself.

What would you have had him do differently?

Agreed! the guys forehead was continuously gushing blood into his eyes, how the hell is Bigfoot supposed to protect himself defensively if he cant see sweet FA?

They stopped the fight and they asked him if he could still see and carry on and he said yes. He was still moving about and defending himself up until a certain point where it was clear it was to much and the fight was stopped.

Great set of fights though was impressed! Card didn't last long though eh with so many guys getting KTFO
