was a good event, glad Cain dominated and won and JDS vs Cain is more in the works, however just found out Cain may have broken his hand and maybe 6 months out..... time for Mark hunt rally to start again lol, DC also has a broken hand again so hes out.

I hear Anderson silva has hurt his knee but he will still fight, that does not sound good coming from a guy who will take you down all night long lol

And shame on vitor pulling out...

well least we got Kampamn vs ellengberger fight, is a 5 round war so im thinking Kampmann edges it out with a submission or just more technical boxing but Jake could just knock him out via round 1 or 2, will be interesting too see if Kampmann will be able to stuff those take downs then again hes dangerous all round and off his back as we seen before!

I don't believe that. Why would a guy announce he is injured before a fight if he still plans to fight? If you say you've injured your knee, your opponent will concentrate on that knee.

It's either an internet rumour or an excuse in case he loses.
 
He said after the fight the last time he had broken ribs. He's either just playing mind games or he is making an excuse.

However I don't think this fight will be the same as the first Silva Sonnen fight, I can see Anderson going for the win fast to prevent the grind of the last fight.

I'm a bit gutted that Cain will be out for 6 months with a broken hand, was looking forward to him fighting JDS again. JDS has amazing hands and good take down defence but I really think Cain is a beast and it would be a much better fight.

So who would you all pair up with each other after this weekend?

He announced he had broken ribs after the fight. As far as I know you can't even breath if you have broken ribs let alone fight.

Anderson used to be one of my favourite fighters, but his general attitude and (lack of) willingness to actually fight during his fights has completely changed my impression of him over the last few years.

I agree, this will be a very different fight and Anderson will probably take out Chael but it will be a great fight either way because Chael will bring it too him.

yeah rich is technical and good all rounder, course with wandys style of pressing forward and pressing the action just to finish the fight and please the fans maybe his undoing, but I think he maybe a little reserved after his last win.

Rich has nice technical boxing and striking and will mix it up nicely and knocking Rich dispite his age he feels he wants another crack for ufc gold lol

I dunno about Rich being done, but Wandy a light breeze could knock him out these days, his style of fighting has taken it's toll on him.

Franklin would still be No. 2 at MW if he had stayed there, just Anderson Silva has his number and he was never going to beat him.
 
Glad to see Franklin back. Him getting destroyed by Silva was part of the reason I got into MMA. So hopefully he can make another title run, although I don't see that happening.
 
Franklin vs Wandy is a much fairer fight, neither can take a shot and both have decent power. Vitor would have ko'd him in the first minute.

I've got Ellengberger for the tuf finale, i like the brookins/oliveira fight too, could be fun.
I reckon Al will win the show.
