Can't believe Bubba got put in the wildcard fight, he's all talk. Clint should have been a shoe in. Hope he gets dominated again.

Gotta love Nick. He gets in so much trouble for missing a few little events but the fact that his absence creates more media attention than otherwise would be the case, is funny as hell. Love the way Dana totally sidestepped the question. Nick looks like his usual self but GSP looks a little riled.
Hope Hendricks and Diaz win, because that'll be a great fight.

I don't mind Diaz at all, some of the stuff he comes out with is pretty hilarious and personally I think we need characters like that in MMA. You know, the Koschecks and the Diazs of the sport.

However, the UFC appear to have done a pretty good job in hyping this fight into something that people think is going to be competitive. Bottom line is, in my eyes, the only chance someone has of beating GSP @ 170 is via a flash KO, one in a million punch (ala Serra) and Diaz simply doesn't have it in his locker.

GSP has the cardio, he has the stand up and more importantly for this fight, the wrestling to completely dominate this fight wherever he wants it to take place. Diaz has historically struggled against wrestlers, even those that are natural lightweights (Sherk and Sanchez anyone?) so i'm pretty such GSP won't have a problem doing what he wants to on the floor.

I'm looking forward to the Hendricks hype train being derailed as well, that's been a long time coming.

I've just got a sneaky feeling, GSP is going to get on top, be a bit too comfortable and Diaz is gonna pull a great turnaround.
I think GSP realises the chances of him losing are getting greater, so he wants to pull off what he feels are easy fights without too much damage to his 'legacy'. Maybe he is scared of Hendricks and that proven flash KO punch. I think it's hard to call it a hype train when his opponents look like they have just been given a pillow, glass of milk and been read 'The Gruffalo'.
The thing i'm worried about most is a Condit / GSP win as, I think a rematch would be very boring and tactical.
