Hardy is now on twitter calling for a fight with Lytle, yes it's potentially a good fight as Lytle loves to stand.

But seriously he can't hang with the top tier fighters, he is too 1 dimensional giving him a fight that he has a chance of winning because they will stand with him doesn't fix this issue.

He needs to take 6 months off and straight up grapple and wrestle everyday.
 
He along with Bisping are the UK golden boys, they are always going to be given more slack than your average fighter in the UFC.

I thought Hardy trained at 10th Planet and had been doing so for a long time, I didn't see any of that on display. He offered nothing from the bottom whatsoever.
 
I think Johnson gassed himself in the 1st with that flurry and after that he did what he had to do to get the win, it wasn't exciting but he got the job done.

I have no idea how Davis was given the 1st, he clearly took the 2nd and 3rd but not the 1st.

Everyone is bashing his wrestling on other forums, but once he swapped to the single leg he took lil nog down at will.

JDS reminds me a lot of Big Nog as a coach. Very nice likeable guy who builds a superb team rapport.

As a wrestling coach I would but as an MMA coach he is still relatively green.

But then this is why they all have awesome teams of coaches behind them anyway to fill in the gaps :)
 
Pretty much yeah, and supposedly his ground game is even better than his standup. Which is scary as his standup is savage so he has never had to show his ground game.

Hominick is at least a decent standing matchup for him, but I see Aldo winning. Then hopefully he moves to 155.
 
There are people he could fight, but nobody that looks like they have much chance at this time Florian and Stevenson have both dropped to 145, but will both need to prove themselves at this weight.

Unless UFC feels real generous and gives one of them instant title shot, but I don't see it.

Unfortunately there are 2 problems with this pairing:
1. They are in different weight classes.
2. They train together.

Sonnen and Bisping would be more entertaining anyway, I don't think anyone in the UFC has an acid tongue like Sonnen, he really really enjoys winding people up.

From the forums I read sounds like I'm not missing out on too much either lol.
