Cracking video of Barry/Cro Cop.

Could Diaz / Bisping do any more to harm their image in MMA? Total idiots the both of them (watch this weeks TUF if you dont know what i mean).

Bisping has no class.

That was some intense kongo stare down, still think meatheads got it hes just smarter and his ability to improve since 2 years from tuf season hes come heaps and bounds. And hes worked with wrestling and takedowns from Randy courture....

As for Nick diaz he looks so much taller, bigger and looks like he has a long reach advantage. Bjpenn looked somewhat worried and nervous during the weigh ins and looks like Diaz has not changed hes gone into his normal bad boy routine... Id imagine he has messed with bjpenns mind set already....

Its still a hard fight to predict.... leaning on diaz

Mitrione.

Not sure what other fights have took place already...

Infact I think they've all took place and we have three left and they'll be showing repeats?
 
Just watched the post fight press conference. I like Diaz as a fighter, I really really like Diaz as a fighter, but he is one dumb mother *******.

Cerrone vs Siver was at the end, so that doesn't count.

All in all, it was a bit predictable. I do like Mitrione but Kongo is just a (boring) freak.
 
dunno how kongo got 30-27 by one maybe two judges (cant remember) he ran away for 2 rounds. might be bias though. dislike him

diaz was as expected. good jitz great stand up but took waaaay too much damage.
 
I like Mitrione but he'll learn from that defeat, disappointed with Kongo backtracking the whole fight. Penn vs Diaz was a cracker, thought after the first round that he would go on and do the same in the second but Diaz punished him for two rounds straight. His footwork wasn't great, kept finding himself against the cage. Diaz was a bit of a **** in the ring after the fight, calling GSP a mother like a badass, then as soon as the mike was on him he went all shy and then called GSP a coward. Shhhyeeahh right.

Yeah was a close fight I felt mitrone controlled the fight and pushed him back but guess kongo was still working well enough to secure a victory otherwise I felt the 3rd round matt couldnt do much off the ground and lost due to that.
Otherwise I almost felt it was meatheads win...

Shocked that Nick diaz has retired bjpenn :( but not surprised he won the fight knew his cardio was a winning ticket... I dont think he will get to fight gsp anyhow, condits gonna nail him and throw a spanner in the works :)
 
Mitrione was exposed by Kongo who has sub par wrestling. Any of the big wrestlers will manhandle him, it is something he really needs to work on.

I thought BJ arguably won the first, and then he just gassed and had nothing for Diaz, if he had come to the fight in the shape he was in vs Sanchez, I think it would have been far more competitive.

Cerrone looked great as usual, i hope they give him someone that will get him closer to a title shot next.

Overall I thought it was a lackluster event really.

Oh yeah GSP vs Diaz is back on, Condit has been stiffed.

Thought the card was great still, nice to have kongo/meathead and roy/crocop and diaz/penn but yeah it did need another 2 top 10/5 guys and another fight. Shame Condit vs Koshcheck didnt happen.

On other news bjpenn has said hes NOT retiring, guess he will move back down in weight and go again :)

Isnt Cowboy dropping down a weight to fight Nam Phan after Phans comments about Garcia? Feel sorry for Phan if that is true, Cowboy is one seriously bad-ass dude - I love the fact that he stays active too, I swear he fights like once every two months or something.
