That's how it works exactly, in fact a high level player could play a low level player (i.e. lvl 20 vs lvl 2) and win comfortably and the low level player would still get more ranking points that the high level player.
 
Been playing a lot of Clubs since release, and I think its fair to say that we are a bit up and down so far this season. End of 09 we would lose maybe 1 in 10 games, but our Any guy seems to be having a tougher time defending this time around. Had a right good 8-3 win last night against a team with 2000 points. Absolutely loving the Outside of the Foot and Second Wind traits, really helped me in the last few days.

And Giant Throw is absolutely ridiculous...

Had a great game online at lunch time Arsenal (them) 1 Chelsea (me) 1, had loads of chances to win the game even had a penalty decision that got waived for advantage and scuffed it wide. :o

This game is brilliant.
 
Quick question, you get a trophy for going through be a pro mode without simming a game but every time I play a few games my pro gets injured so I have to sim a game or 2. Does this count as proper simming and therefore means I cant get the trophy? If so thats just lame!

I love the skilled dribbling as well, Anelka used it to great effect in my game earlier, went straight passed the defender. I have also perfected the little push forward on the right stick to knock the ball passed a defender, 9 times out of 10 I will get a freekick as they just barge my player out the way. :D

On the surface not much looks to have changed, but once you start playing more and more, you uncover the changes.

I do like the shouts that you hear as well. "Too feet".

I can't get the hang of knocking it around a defender using this method. Just been going through all the skill moves in the one on one arena and it's amazing just how many there are. Using them in game is another thing though ;)

I was hopeless at doing it in 09, but in 10 it just seems to work so well and as I say if the other player knocks you down, instant free kick.

I cannot for the life of me do any tricks in game, can do a few in the arena.
 
Just ripped a guy online with an injured Milito. Double stepover past Puyol then a placed shot into the bottom right corner.

Also, what is skilled dribbling?

I know that using LT allows you closer control of the ball but what does skilled dribbling LT+RT give over that?

It's hard to describe, it gives a much greater level of control over the ball,, best thing to do is it give it a try.
 
Just dished out some murderings online, great fun as they were the first 3 online games I've played on 10. Seems to be a lot less lag than I experienced on 09 and best thing is, my opponents didn't quit. Hurrah!

yeah ive played in that levels of snow :D Maybe it depends which team you choose to play for? e.g. a russian team = loadsa snow matches. (i think its 10 snow matches gets you the gloves unlock)

I like how i can actually see the rain and snow this time round. In 09 i couldnt see the rain even in cutscenes.
 
Anyone else think the ranked games are poo? I never get assigned the home team, any ideas why? Also my players no matter what team I go are seriously slow in comparison to my opponents, making the ranked games rubbish to play for me. Also Real are far too overpowered in this. I prefered the online play in 09. At least you didn't feel like one person had the advantage. I'm on a 20mb connection and it always claims its 3 green bars.
