He's a fabulous talent, he's got a minimum release clause of around £60mil I think.

I normally make a point of buying him in any footie game, whether it be Season Mode in Fifa or FM :)

If you can afford him of course :o
Absolutely. Get him and Ronaldo on the wings for Utd (or somewhere else if you've stolen Ronaldo off us!) and you've got two of the three best wingers in FM playing for you. You could then top off with Messi in AMC. :D

That or have them rotating around. :D

Just watching that Frank Sinclair video I posted and it's made me realize I've actually repaired Sinclair and Walker up from their Leicester days... pretty weird coincidence

Thankfully Frank hasn't been as bad for me as he was in that video!

Thats ok then ;)

I do actually play with a AMR / AMC / AML behind Drogba for my Chelsea side, so Ronaldo, Silva and Messi would be great additions... Theres £150m well spent anyway :p

EDIT: I think Ive added you on facebook, well Ive added a Marc Lister haha

More like £200m. :p

Oh and Facebook'd yah.

I was Swansea City (got to the premiership, won that and everything else)... formatted and forgot to backup FM :o

Started again with Newport County :)
Ouch. How long did it take to get Swansea to the Premiership?

Oh and do we call it the "Premier League" or the "Premiership"? I mean as each of us individually.

Premiership personally.

I actually got there in two seasons.

Won League 1 first season in, then I think I came 2nd in the Championship...

I actually made a post ages ago in here... I was worried as to whether I should intentionally lose matches so we didn't go into the Premiership with a crap side, spend a year in there without a win... possibly lose the job, or just go straight back down.

Luckily I decided to carry on, came 2nd got promoted and held on by about 6 or 7 points :)

And was hanging around the bottom end of the Premiership for a while, a couple of mid table years and then it was 3rd, 3rd, 2nd and 1st for about 3 years running.

It's weird when you get so far in the game that the so called big four, there's normally only one of them left and the other three have really dropped off the pace... and in some occasions get relegated!

My year in the Championship, and years in the bottom end of the Premiership were spent investing on youngsters in the future because I'd managed to build the best training and youth systems available.

I either brought them through my own ranks, or bought very highly rated 15-18 year olds in.

Most of those youngsters (game generated) were gems... I ended up with a squad full of generated players, and a couple of real players that were good enough to keep and was pretty much winning every competition I entered.

Actually won the Premiership, CL, FA Cup, League Cup, FAW Cup, Charity Sheild all in the same season... went 1 and a half years without a defeat in any domestic competitions (bar friendlies). After that year I think I won the Premiership, FAW Cup and European Super Cup and got knocked out pretty early to big sides in all the other competitions.

The year after that was very exciting, Arsenal, Man United and Southampton all had really strong sides and I got to January with us all seperated by 4 points. That season was probably my most exiting in all the game years I'd played... and then I built my new machine and forgot to back up my save :o

I'm really enjoying playing in the BSP though to be honest.

My first year with Newport was a breeze, I didn't lose a game in the league and easily won the BSS... I just got lucky with some free transfers I suppose?

The BSP has been a lot tougher. York are running away with the Blue Square Premiership championship... My last match propelled me up from 9th to 3rd, by the time I got to the morning of my current match day I'm now sitting in 4th.

It's rediclously close!

I won 1 game from my first 6 at the start of the season... and the first two months were horrid, I thought I was destined for the drop... again some decent free transfers and loanees and I've managed to climb up to where I am now (4th like I said).

I'm hoping to stay in a playoff spot, but realistically I doubt I'll be able to hang on. If I lose 3 games I could potentially find myself in 17th place...

Just taking each game as it comes and hoping to sneak a win or hold out for draws.

The players are reasonably confident at the moment as I've won a fair few on the trot, so hopefully the run will carry on.

Silva, Messi and Ronaldo are the best wingers in the game.

Silva is immense.
You can add Rosina to that list.
His PA is only 5 points off those 3 iirc, and he does amazing for me.
He can tackle as well. Ive played him AML, AMR, AMC, MC, ML & MR, and he never fails to impress.
Last season i played him as the left most player in my AMC trio. Him, along with Gourcuff & Aguero in AMC, scored 60 goals between them, and amounted around the same in assists!

Started a new game as Kettering in the Blue Square North league. Struggling atm in 9th. The team is so inconsistent. I beat a couple of decent teams (by that I mean League 1 and 2) in friendlies, then I lose to the worst teams in the league.

Finding it hard.

Is Rosina his last name? Will look him up when I'm back in Salford.

Premiership - I always change it in the db as it doesn't feel right otherwise.
Yep. Well SI call it the Premier Division as they haven't got the rights. EA out bid them all the time due to bigger pockets. But I do change it to Premiership. Was just interested to see what others called it. :)
