Ok finished 2nd in the Premiership with Arsenal, Chelsea were just unstoppable! Won the league cup though :p

Anyway I have been searching for some graphics to the premiership. Found some good kits but the logos I have found have a english flag behind them :(. Does anyone know where I can download some plain premiership logos from? I did a google but could find any.

Pah! My record was 21 days 14 hours in FM07. :p.
Im upto 10 days something in 08 at the moment.

Cant say that it doesnt get its moneys worth! lol. :p.
 
I just purchased this today, and after a hiatus of six years I discovered that FM has changed quite a bit. I also know very little about the current football scene, which should make things interesting.

I spent my first hour or so editing stuff and then chose Nottingham Forest as my first test team. After winning a friendly I went straight to the media and declared that Sir Alex Ferguson was past it and should consider retiring... He promptly responded by suggesting I was incompetent. This game has my card marked already it seems. :D

I'll spend tomorrow trying to find my way around the interface, which just seems a confusing mess at the moment...
 
my save game corrupted without a backup,( i know, foolish)

not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of last_saved_game. is the error

I know it's caused by turning the PC off at the wall and upon googling it many people have problems, just there's no fix that I can find

Any help/ideas?
 
Had my best result as Chelsea manager before. Beat Man Utd at Old Trafford 2-1 :D

Lampard double after Tevez scored for them. Dont like playing Utd though, seeing how Ronaldo plays, makes me want him even more :D

Currently 1 point clear in the Premiership now. It will be between us two. Arsenal and Liverpool are 6 points behind. We are in early Feb 08.

You could try opening the game file in Notepad++ or something and seeing if you can see anything wrong with the first line? Perhaps load FM first and load a quick game and save that so you can see what a well formed token looks like and try and fix your current saved game?
 
Argh, what a dill. Downloaded the 802 patch and installe it without thinking ... forgetting that I have the digital download version and when patched with the 'retail' patch it asks you for the game disc ....

How ******* irritating, prolly have to reinstall it now :(

I believe that page is broken. SI said it was a while ago as it offers no link.
