My perfect XI would go along the lines of this (from many hours of FM2008).

GK: Buffon

DR: Alves
DC: Terry
DC: Barzagli
DL: Marcelo

MR: Messi
MC: Fabregas
MC: Veloso
ML: Silva

FC: Villa
FC: Aguero

All these players have been the best in their positions when I've had them over my many games.

Sounds like your running an older game, make sure you've patched up to 8.0.2


It's a bug that's been fixed in one of the previous patches

Hmm bug or Valencia are being silly. Offered £63m three times for Silva which exceeds his £62m minimum fee release clause. Each time they come back with another offer. But since I'm meeting and actually exceeding the minimum fee I don't understand this!

Are you offereing the 62 mil out right though mate, becuase if your not then tney have no obligation to accept the offer. They only have to accept it if you offer it out right and not in installments.

Must be a bug then mate, you got any screen shots could post elsewhere then and they could have look at it for you mate. By the way if your playin patch 8.0.2 silva has had his stats chnaged from original release and isnt as good, so maybe you could look elsewhere anyway for 62 million.
