I hope you can post us some more images of the game. Im wanting to know if the audio unlike the demo uses the .1 subwoofer channel better.
LFE bass seemed rather flat on the demo.
Oh and isnt it about time we now had a "FM3 released" thread now for the game?

You can play the SP, but don't go online with it just yet.
lol just play it, it's not your fault the street date is broken. They can tell legitimate from pirated copies anyway.
They are banning people for playing the game before release date. It's the only way they can guess that people are using pirated copies. Having said that it would probably be OK this close to release.
No they can't, unless said person is using a 'non stealthed' rip and an old firmware revision.
All the banned people have downloaded copies (which are review copies in fact, easy to detect), I don't care if you think it's stealthed or not, its FACT.
Show me one person with a legitimate copy that has been banned.

Well yeah, of course they do, because they wouldn't have been able to get it so early any other way..
How can I possibly do that? This close to release it would probably be OK, but it's a fact that the bannings were due to people playing the game early, and it's pretty obvious that those early players were playing pirated copies as that's the only way of getting the game weeks early.
Microsoft CANNOT detect pirated games when they are correctly stealthed retail rips and running on recent firmware revisions.

Che has indicated elsewhere that you will be fine playing it before release if you have been shipped the game early and that they are banning people by looking at a number of factors and not just swinging the hammer at anyone with it in their played list.
The review copy has a different CRC to retail, its simple to detect it, they know which reviewers they sent it out to...
I'm not denying rips from review copies are detectable. When you said 'They can tell legitimate from pirated copies anyway' I thought you were refering to all games, not the early leak of FM3 specifically.

Well then the only people getting banned are those playing the game before release date and have pirated it, just play the damn game, there's no notices anywhere telling you not to play it before the official release date. Not everyone has access to or bothers to check news sites.
Think about it logically and you'll realise what you're saying is ridiculous.
