Whats the reasons for going for a nexus over the HTC sensation xe or a Galaxy s2.

I have a HTC desire now but its starting to show its age.

Makes sense though as no matter how many versions i try its failing. Do i go through each app?

i reckon its just confused having the replacement handset, have a google mate, must be other who have had the same issue, might sort its self out. you could clear the cache in the market app

For me it was the HD screen mainly. With that i can consider this a media device thstll last me a while. Also... the ICS, etc helps

Oh im also going to need a whole load of new widgets as they arent compatible with ics

there is no issue with LED, i have light flow working fine, you just need to check the settings.

give it time, its not even released in America yet, and some parts of Europe don't have it either. It was launched in the UK, some apps and widgets will need tweaking. support will follow

Works for emails, sms, missed calls, battery on charge,

What i can't get to work is low batt and sms colour from particular contact

I don't think there is a setting I haven't tried, using my desire atm and cause everything works lol

I have an issue. So I have noticed this a lot recently. I have wifi off and am in an area with either 2G or edge. Now I have at least 3 bars, yet the signal is gray in colour and the phone will not use any net services, no browser etc. Why? My iPhone in these areas connected fine to 2G and Edge. How do I fix this?

fair enough, not tried low battery or choice of colour, but the main ones work hey

give it a few weeks, let it hit the states and apps will get updated

Checked phone as i got into car. Put it as always into an empty suit trouser pocket and drove the 20 minutes to work. Pocket was empty but for the phone. Get to work, whip it out to put it on silent and boom, inch long scratch on the screen. Absolutely stumped as to what happened. Empty pocket, as if it scratched itself. And very ****ed. Plus have had it since like the 24th so I can't return it.

Could have scratched on something outside the pocket perhaps? Like the seat belt clip (maybe).

Yeah it does work in general,just a few niggles. It is hell of a fast compared to the desire! The led i just took for granted on yhe desire i think

Check your mobile network setting. Not sure where it is in ICS but mines is in Settings/Wireless and networks/Mobile networks/Network mode.

Check it's not set to 3g only (possible WCDMA)

funny thing just happened..
like quite a few of us here, I bought unlock code from auction site, from same guy.
code works(unlocked phone locked to o2 to use tmob)

today,Ive replaced tmobile sim with three to see the unlock code screen again....
had to dig in my emails and started to loose hope and think that Ive lost code but Ive found it...

maybe some of you deleted it already...

code worked again..

Anyone here know when/if Orange will be getting these in stock? I rang their sales line but I just got "I'm unable to supply that information at this time".

I'm due to upgrade soon and this phone is the likely candidate .
