SGS2 is more vibrant colour wise, which i prefer, some say its a little OTT.

i have an o2 router, but replacing on monday, so will let you know, i think it might have something to do with the phones sleep mode

Does look like some sort of sleep mode, if it saves battery thats ok, i find the best way to wake it is to load google or if that fails flick on and off cell signal

I get a rock solid connection on my Netgear and other networks. Have you tried a reset on yours?

Doesn't the S2 have a better screen than the GN? S2 is AMOLED+ where as GN is just AMOLED. Apart the size the S2 screen is superior, on paper anyway.

The screen is superior on this phone due to it being 720p resolution and for me personally more natural colours

I dont get the problem on my Thompson 02 router but it wouldnt surprise me if it was the router. They are pretty shocking.

Postman delivered mine this morning. Ordered a nexus for moi and and s2 for the mrs. But I cant play with mine until xmas as the mrs will no doubt guess what her present is then.

IMO the GN is only a step up from the SGS2 in the screen department - ICS is great and all but really its just a fancy skin with some features we already had, via apps, baked in.

Its far better than some phones but I don't think it has the GS2 truly beat.

Yeah, it works fine at my mate's house (and he's also on O2). I'm not dead chuffed with this router anyway... it doesn't seem to serve my desktop with wireless particularly well either.

So are there any decent cases out there yet? A quick web search seems to show the normal 1.99 dross from ebay currently.

Hoping switcheasy will do something similar to a neo capsule for the GNex.
