Guys please advise:
So my phone is 3-4 months old. I'm going to give it back to o2 for repair. If they will give me the mobile back saying that there is no issue I will take it back...when I can ask for a replacement( different mobile/new one)?
I'm going to give them the link to video I've made showing the issue..

I don't know how much they will care for a video mate. best bet is when you give the phone in for repair include a detailed letter with it and attach that to the phone with a rubber band! These days RMA's and repairs are just automated, the best you can hope for is the techy who looks at your phone reads your letter. sometimes if it looks like a pain they will just swap the guts out. no one at the repair centre (sub contractors) is gonna bother watching links to youtube and so mate. They will have targets to meet and the last thing they want is it coming back again for repair. i would imagine you will have the entire mobo/cpu replaced and stuck into your case/screen

ok so left phone with o2...
I did not believed what guy taking my phone in told me and I almost said - get a better phone....he said that every morning he has to switch to airplane mode and back on his ip4s to get emails etc as phone 'goes a sleep' !! I laughed ...he was saying that wifi goes to sleep etc..I said no, I use push emails etc so I rely on phone and it should not happen.
but i LOL'ed when he told me the ip4s story ...
basically he was saying they wont see the issue...
lets wait....
back to HERO ;)

Just made the switch back to Android with this handset. Just wondering which phone to PC sync software to use? I've tried DoubleTwist in the past but thought it was a little clunky. Anything better?
 
did they find the fault? have you heard from them?

as I left phone with them on Friday,it was send away Monday...arrived at repair centre yesterday....I do hope to hear from them by Friday...
I have a feeling they wont do anything...but then I will send it away again...and again...and then ask for a new mobile ...if the fault will still be there of course
