Awesome. Hopefully sorts out the signal loss and brings in some treats...We'll see Jelly Bean in mid July.

Good times Is it simply a refined version of ICS simulator?
Wish I had a spare GN kicking around
JellyBean has been XDA'd!!
Just installed it - wowzers! It runs very smooth and looks great. New boot screen also.

its been a while since i flashed a rom, i have an unlocked bootloader, but no root access.
whats the best way to get this?
and after i have root, do i flash the 2 files the rom and the radio or just the one?
Just how much smoother is jellybean then?
Very noticeable or only a tiny bit and only in certain areas etc.?
EDIT:
The butter feature that is
It's definitely smoother. Apps open quicker and some of the transitions are different too. I still noticed a bit of lag here and there, but mostly only when installing loads of apps at once (Android always seems to lag when doing that).
Overall it's quite a bit smoother I'd say.
You need CWM recovery installed. Copy the three files across from the XDA post - the ROM, the SU fix and the Radio. The SU fix is to make sure root works in JB. The Radio is a new one packaged with JB. It's not essential to flash but you may as well.
I went into recovery, did a backup of my current ROM, wiped data/factory reset/cache and then flashed the ROM, then the radio, then the SU fix. It worked fine.
There are reports of fastboot not working properly after flashing, but that's not a problem for me - I'm sure someone will fix it
