^yeah I did. That's the one I flashed first.

Just flashed this one and got the same result, not sure if wallpapers/pinch to zoomy gmail are just not in the factory image.

I feel pretty lucky that I nabbed a 16GB N4. What a complete mess, they need to really shape up the device store service if they plan to use it in future.

I was tempted by the 32GB N10, luckily it sold out before I could decide to pull the trigger, for the best I think in hindsight.

yeah i tried and failed, was not bothered at the time as i had no idea they would sell out,

Sorry for the late reply... you *should* wipe, but I've gone between fairly similar ROMs before and not had issues. Titanium has a messy UI but it's fairly easy once you get the hang of it.

Guessing you've probably done all the above now anyway

I was offered £189 at CEX last week, but mine was in mint condition and boxed with all accessories.

In the end my dad got it. Now I'm stuck with a lowly Nokia 6300 for even longer as the Nexus 4 sold out whilst on my commute.

Strange! Maybe they were sending it out to the Nexus 7 tablets first. Sure I read on AndroidPolice that the update had been released though.

Oh well, at least it'll definitely be on my Nexus 4 when I can order one!

Anyone else in the "want the Nexus 4 but can’t justify the extra ~£150 spend right now because I won’t take advantage of the upgraded spec" camp?

Faster browsing would be nicer but that's pretty much the only benefit I'd make use of. Being on the latest stock version of Android is usually my priority, and fortunately I still have that with the GN (soon I hope!).
