Any idea what web browsing is like in ICS? I havnt used Android since 1.5, I use the web browser more than anything, and atm using WP7 its loverly and smooth due to hardware acceleration.

Tempted to have a go at Android again but worried its a step back where smoothness is concerned.

ICS hardware accelerates everything so web browsing, zooming, scrolling is butter smooth just like on the Galaxy S II which also hardware accelerates.

Speaking as a webOS fanyboy try out WP7's task switching first... it's about 5 years behind webOS multitasking, you'll need a different mindset for using the phone (and one of the reasons I'm not getting one yet)

Hopefully ICS should get closer to that wonderful webOS experience. Personally I'd keep the pre 3 until there's smaller ICS phones around or MS announce Apollo with a type 3 chassis.
