Gah!!

Seems it can't find the tethered connection... Yet it works because my laptop can.

So it seems I'm going to have to have a wonder round... How long does the initial setup actually take?

About 2 or 3 minutes, maybe less!

It's merely a case of setting up a palm account/logging in.

any ideas, or are the HP servers just hammered?

They have said they will honour all warranties.

Touchstone and case.

Just to let you guys know that the Touchstone charger works perfectly with the official case, you just need to pay attention to the orientation of the tablet. The home button needs to be either at the bottom or to right as it's facing you, otherwise it won't charge.

Anyone know if there's an alternate browser? The standard one doesn't seem to support drop down menus or the ability to turn off auto complete. Also anyway to pair a Wii mote?

Had this running @ 1.728Ghz for hours and Govnah reports the battery temp @ 32oc, not too shabby maybe it can go 1.9-2.0Ghz?

remember the state of apps is very poor. Unless android comes out or a lot of people start developing apps then this won't change.

Seems to be plenty of apps to me Actually refreshing not having to wade through epic amounts of rubbish.

5 Download Box for TouchPad app for 50GB free cloud
6 Have a cup of tea
7 Browse App Catalog

Guess it depends on opinions I'm finding very little that I want or ones that are free (with potential android I don't want to pay yet).
