*** The official HTC One X thread ***

I don't get why people are having such a hard time choosing between the One X and the "as yet un-announced" SGS3. They are both going to be absolutely monumental phones and in your case a massive upgrade from a lumia.

Get either.

Quite simply because if I am going to spend £500+ (ncluding contract) on a device that I constantly use and is always by my side, I want it to be the best for me. At the end of the day I use my phone more than any other device for such a multitude of things it is worth taking some time over the decision.

Plus there's always buyers remorse

Box looks good.

So which model are everyone getting ? ONE X or ONE S ?

One X, I've decided to go for the girly white one for a change :D

I have to say it looks nice in white, may end up getting a clear case for the back no need for a screen protector with gorilla glass.

Roll on April 5th then wait for word from handtech when they will have it in stock, the wait is killing me.

I love the design of the One X, it's superb.

It does look great and its nice to see that HTC have made Sense more streamline judging from reports already floating around.

Not sure if it's perspective but the handset looks a lot bigger in the image where it's sat next to a Galaxy Nexus.

I read that there's a 32Gb model, is that true?

I think they are all 32GB.

It does look rather big though, indeed.

135.5 x 67.9 x 8.9 mm, 135g (Galaxy Nexus) vs 134.4 x 69.9 x 8.9 mm, 130g (HTC One X)

Almost the same, just a bit fatter.

I'll need a full play before choosing anything this time, both should be stunning.

(The One XL with a 2500mAh+ battery would've been ideal tbh, just like Huawei Ascend D XL. Maybe they're keeping that for the H2 refresh?)

How much is this phone likely to be from a carphone warehouse store sim free?

It's £500 on amazon. I went in and asked how much and they said they can't say.
