Got the update...super smooth! The only problem seems to be I cant get a mobile data connection :S

Just shows as "disconnected" under mobile data...

Its an unbranded handset on EE/Tmobile

Any ideas on what could be causing it?

Ravster, and how did you solve the data connection problem? I've got exactly the same issue.

Edit: also solved, just had to select the APN in the settings manually.

I cant seem to install this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1705334 because i have an older hboot 0.96.

My CID is VODAP001 & hoot 0.96. I activated the root (although it was my understanding its not a true root, S-off or something?) from the HTC Developer site ages ago & have Leedroid on it right now.

How does one go about updating the hboot so i can install this ROM? Its a HTC One X Voda.
The XDA site is alittle consfusing & messing up the hboot could brick my phone so not good to start messing about without being totally sure what i'm doing.

Thanks, just downloaded it.
It says it includes bug fixes, I have to say I've not had any problems since the major update. Fingers crossed the bug fixes don't cause any problems.

Yeah with the jb update on my s, the battery life is worse by quite a bit, so far! Hopefully HTC will get an update out soon.....

Anyone got HTC Sync Manager working since JB update? (Win7-64) - phone appears briefly then disappears, yet internal storage can be navigated in Explorer. Also what's with it showing as a CD drive??

I need to get Sync Manager working to hook up to Outlook for my contacts and calendar

Have to agree with the battery. What the hell have they done I could go all day full charge down to about 45% now I cant even get a full day. Bloody updates gggrrrr

mine doesn't seem to be too bad since the update, although I did full install and full wipe via ruu, maybe that helped?

Yeah just gone from custom to official JB only thing i miss is MS mode.

Still having battery issues. Before update battery hardly touched 50% now it's ending the day at 20% and it would be at 0% if I used it like before. FFS

Have they changed the way apps run when closed?
