*** The official HTC One X thread ***

It's an odd response to an odd question. If you are buying 'later in the year' then there might be another phone out that is worth considering. If you are buying in late april/may then it will probably be the best phone on the market, assuming Sense doesn't ruin ICS, but it's likely that the GalaxyIII will be out by the end of Q2...

I could have said the same about your trolling response, but it's you so what does one expect? Although I did think your incessant trolling was bound by the realms of GD only

You asked a vague question, I gave a fair answer. There are several handsets due out soon, HTC aren't the only phone manufacturer you know?

I was hoping you might follow up with something a bit more detailed instead of a load of bitchy nonsense.

What's with the aggression?!

Maybe if you'd like to provide a bit more information I could actually help you?

Think mine's up in a few weeks, let us know what they say would you? Not sure if i want to stay with them...

Yeah share that info please :D would like to know what their stance is on it.

I'm really happy with T-Mobile. I get good signal everywhere I go and currently I'm on a 3GB data limit as I got in before they changed the deal.

Just checked. I use on average less than 100 minutes and 200 texts a month. Social. Animal.

I'm on Orange and get an early upgrade 25th of March, They were pretty clueless with regards to release date and pricing on the S/X when I gave them a call.

Although I'm hoping they'll let me have it on Panther £20.50.

We'll I put a pre order in on Amazon for the white one sim free at £489.99. I can always cancel it if and when any deals or anything pop up or if the SGS3 turns out to be the godphone.

I just figure if I only use 200 texts and maybe 200 minutes a month a sim only deal might be best for me on a month to month basis!

I've ordered the same from handtec about a week or so ago.

I've been sim only for a couple of years now, if you do the maths over a 24 month contract you are better off most of the time, you can also sell and upgrade as you please.

BTW I have got 600 minutes, unlimited texts, 1Gb internet + 1Gb BT Openzone all for £15 a month :D

Who's that deal with?

Giffgaff?

GiffGaff's £10 deal will probably do me fine. It certainly will on texts and internet though IIRC you can't tether with it at all which is a minor bummer as our landline internet is so crap sometimes that it's faster to tether lol. I'll keep an eye on my calls to see how much I use but I'm fairly sure it's less than the 250 mins on the £10 bag.

I use works phone :P

Damn nice screen! :D Would certainly be very happy with it.

Good to see HTC are concentrating on all the areas, which were very weak and going down hill! (that being screen, camera and their sense stuff)

All that is left now, is the battery life!!!!! :p
