ok update.

apparently syncreon gave my home postcode and my work address to Ukmail so they cant deliver unless this is corrected.

on the phone to apple now. apparently i should have unticked a box on the order screen.

will be delivered on monday now.

I'm wondering whether to pull the trigger and buy AVPlayerHD now, or whether to wait as I'm sure a new app will be along in no time that's optimised for the new iPad and 1080p playback.

Thoughts?
 
The screen protector I bought is rubbish, would like to use some other choice words.

Noticed I have a very little mark just on the side were the power button is :(
 
Mine arrived about 10am this morning - very nice upgrade from my iPad 1. I've downloaded iPhoto but don't fancy messing around with iTunes sync lists to get pics from my pc to mess around with. Does anyone know of any apps to share pics from your pc?

Still waiting on mine am I right in demanding delivery of mine today? It's out for delivery; I received a txt saying I'd receive it before 6 and it says I'll receive it today from apple
 
I got my iPad delivered a few hours ago and it's excellent but..........

I won't be able to make it to an Apple store until the middle of next month due to work. Should I just make a Genius Bar appointment and get a new one swapped out in person or can I do it on-line/phone? Is there a time limit to report the fault?

I won't take any of the protective covers off due to the manufacturing defect.
