What this means is that if you were in a remote area where there is no cellphone network coverage or even if you're in a urban area but the network drops, then your iPhone 13 turns into a satellite phone so essentially

It's something that's useful on the watch but I can't think of a single instance where it's of any use on a phone.
This sounds more plausible, even if full satellite was possible you can bet the subscription for access would be prohibitively expensive for the majority.I would be surprised if that's case considering the current crop of SAT phones around and the constraints of an iPhone. I'm going to assume a mistake in translation somewhere.
