So I’ve read (Macrumors forum ftw) - although since a user on there said they told them they’re working on a revised version I’m not going to drop £25 on it now if they make one with a better fit.
I was about to pick one up as the Pro version is back in stock. I assume this is related to the edges covering the screen?

Ordered 15 Pro Max earlier today from Apple, obviously out of stock now - estimated delivery 31/10 to 07/11, which is fine as I’m in no rush.

However are accurate ore these dates? I’ve heard before that they under promise and over deliver.

Yes, although it seems the current iteration only obscures a tiny amount of screen from reading reviews. Other brands that have been talked about like Flolab are also saying they have a more ‘3D‘ version on the way as well, so I suppose I may as well wait and see and keep the phone in a sleeve for the time being rather than buying something that will just end up binned. Wasteful.

Also the ESR Halodock wallet I got is pretty neat! I didn’t get the Geo version with Find My and a stand as it’s fatter but the regular version, whilst fake rubbish leather has a great magnet, the finger loop is usable, disappears when not i use in terms of added thickness (sorry Popsocket) and it only fitting 2 cards is fine since I have all my credit/debit ones on Apple Pay anyway so just need something for my licence.

Doesn’t it still have giant ends compared to the 1m version?
They look longer but not thicker.

The problem with lots of the 3rd party cables is they won't fit when the phone is in a case, that should be fine.

I bought it from AO.com less than a week ago and because I have opened it, they won't allow be to return it.

Their own policy can’t affect your statutory rights, which allow you to inspect goods purchased online.

AO cannot deduct any money for opening the packaging, only if you’ve damaged the item.

I have activated it and used it for a couple of days hence they've refused to take it back.

Totally agree, Apple have been struggling with stock levels hence the AO route. It's totally my own doing, I always go for the darker colours as I really like the stealthier look. However, I got caught up in the new colour hype.

Secured one for pickup today via Apple in Liverpool
40 minute drive but will collect after work.

Hope I don’t regret it been a while since I’ve personally bought a new phone.

I did the same, but due to the phone giving me a headache I returned and got a full refund from Box.co.uk. Only difference from new is the seals were broken, I made sure everything else was spotless.
