For the record, I popped in to CPW and O2 in North Finchley, out of curiosity as I was passing by, neither have any N4's, or have had any yet. Neither really knew much about them...

What an idiot the guy leaving feedback is. So he bids up to a certain price, wins the auction for the price he said he would pay, then leaves negative feedback because he doesn't like the price he paid!?!? I would be reporting him to eBay myself...

Many thanks for the info!

A tough choice. I'm still using my non-updated HTC Desire on the original HTC ROM so anything would be an upgrade for me.

I would prefer the size of the Nexus, but more me I spend a lot of time using the media features, video, whatsapp, texting and really want great battery, so the Note II is the better one for me. plus my Desire has an AMOLED screen so the balcks on the Nexus might nanoy me.

Bah, I'll think about it over the next week and probably order a Note II as I doubt the Nexus will come back into stock particularaly quickly.

It's down to what matters to you obviously, but I imagine I would regret a Note II over a Nexus 4 the moment Android 5.0 is announced.

My tracking number linked to some random package that was delivered in July :S

I'm struggling to make the two finger quick settings thing to work. Every time I do it, with 2 or more fingers it just brings down the notifications...

EDIT: OTA update has fixed that!

Just downloaded an over the air update for it and that fixed the two finger settings pull down!

Yeah but you have to reduce from 8MP, surely the quality of the photo will be worse by quite a bit then?

Although saying that, MP doesn't mean everything and there wasn't a huge difference between the LG optimus G 8MP and 13MP devices (iirc)



If anyone has some time could they do the above and post some photos comparing 4.5MP and 8MP shots please :)
