CPW won't replace it. They say it's not a common fault. Store manager is on the phone to CS as I'm clearly not happy with that answer.

Stand your ground, if they send you on the way thenn go straight to the company heads, email them and hassle them on twitter publically.

Looking at the picture of the broken back is tempting me to order a case.. :p

The force exerted onto the phone whilst swivelling as Milanochris did on his chair will still be the same as with a case. The phone will still be stressed and broken in the same way, a little bit of rubber won't stop it from cracking.

But would a case even help, its not like it broke because something hard pressed into the screen or anything like that.

And yeah don't take no for an answer, I'm shocked they could even try to argue with you on this.
 
My money was taken as soon as i placed the order, apparently people were saying its not 'taken' its just reserved so taken from your available credit. So read nothing into it :)

Hmm, no transactions showing for me and my available balance hasn't gone down. I guess that's not a good sign of me seeing it any time soon?

How so? Mine went straight away with 1-2 weeks estimate and i havent heard a peep lol. If you havent even had the money taken they probably tried to deliver yours yesterday! ;>
