***The Official LG Nexus 4 Thread***

Nope you can't in the stock version of Android for some odd reason.

It's present (along with a lot of other stuff) in custom firmwares (ROMs) though.
 
Liking Xylon, it's got the stand out pie feature along with all the regular mod cons from the regular roms. Only issue I have found so far that in expanded desktop mode the wallpaper doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the screen, still a black bar halfway through the dock.

Honestly try Xylon, I prefer it to PA, I know PA gets lots of praise and I do admire their innovation but honestly I prefer phone UI to phablet UI 95% of the time. It also has all the stuff needed to change the colours, opacity and icons on your notification bar as well as lots of other nice tweaks. It also has the PA PIE controls some people really like.

It's always been shipping in 2-3 weeks, people are receiving them in 2-3 days at the moment though.

Everyone's shipping estimate is then, however everyone is receiving them within a couple of days. You should be expecting yours Mon/Tues. :)
 
I've got an issue with keep awake being active all the time causing battery drain because the phone can never go into a sleep state. I've installed BetterBatteryStats, hopefully it will tell me what app is causing the issue.

How much can you buy the nexus 4 from google direct, out of country now so cant check the prices. Lost my GS3 at manchester airport :(
 
Anybody who used a GS3 here switched to the nexus 4? If so how would you rate it?

Reading through reviews it doesnt seem too bad.

Actually our order was 1-2 weeks and we received it in two days. If it is now saying 2-3 weeks then it has changed.
 
^ yup, originally 1-2 weeks, im just annoyed that i cant order for a couple more weeks and its slowly changing, knowing my luck it will be back to 6-8 weeks when i get to order :P
