Finally the N4 doesnt hover and drop of every single thing in the world, and you can hear the speakers when its face down, they should have had the nipples from the start.

I did it a day or so ago and it broke my Google account, wouldn't install apps, then fixed that but then my n4 wasn't showing on play store so couldn't download any apps.
In the end I gave up and flashed cm10.1.2 on it
I'll wait for KLP before going back to stock

I ran into problems when I did mine, I couldn't update any apps through the Play Store and it's true it is a simple fix, for me all I had to do was remove my Google account then re-add it. Fixed.
Exactly, it's not like we're awaiting KLP here. 4.3 is probably the most boring Android update yet. The thing that excites me most about it is that apparently they've improved the touchscreen sensitivity (which on the N4 has always been awful).

Anyone know any cheap places where I can replace the glass from the front of mine? LCD is fine, but the touchscreen doesn't work.
Also anywhere for the back would also be good....
Seems ludicrous pricing out there.

Having had experience with a broken iPhone I'd Google around where you live for mobile phone repairs,or send it off but I know I would struggle without a phone. I'm guessing a repair would be around 60 pounds but that is a guess. You can also do a repair yourself, lots of guides - probably not for the faint hearted

Couldnt find anything cheap for my GF Nexus 4, we ended up buying a new phone off ebay and sell the broken one on ebay too.
Got a little Impatient!!!
As I was rooted, but on Stock, i followed this, and it worked no problems!!
Was it all you ever wished for and more?
Just unlocked and rooted as well as getting all my app data back from using helium and it didn't take to long either.
Wish I had done it earlier on or when I first bought the phone. Now just trying to work out what Rom to put on looking at either PA or CM or anything else that takes my fancy as well as looking into whether or not to change the kernel before trying my hand at some android homescreen + lockscreen customisation.

Crap, without thinking I just accepted the 4.3 update, but just realised does it wipe your phone as I didnt back it up before accepting the update? I didnt see any warnings to back up otherwise I would have.

EDIT: Presume having an unlocked and rooted isnt an issue too. Hmm, I really shouldnt click accept on things Im eager to have without thinking!
