***The Official LG Nexus 4 Thread***

i have had zero issues as well, however might be worth waiting if you have not had the update, it brings nothing new to the table any how

Anyone have PA with 4.3, currently using CM10.2 but might switch back to see how the battery life is. I saw some people over at XDA getting well over 4 hours screen on time.

i have it, but im not one of those geeks who measures on screen time.

i simply have PA, Franco Kernel and UV by 125 mv and keep screen on auto.

battery life seems a lot better than when i first got the phone.

Bought an N4 Monday as a replacement for my GN.
Seemed a no-brainer really, screen res and CPU architecture gen aside its the same spec the S4 and one, at half the cost sim free.
So a trade between screen PPI (above 320 so wont notice anyway) and gaining Wireless Charging.

Anyway, had it for 10mins, updated it to 4.3, played with 4.3 for 10mins, then unlocked, rooted, replaced recovery and wacked my usual ROM, AOKP on there.
Set it up the exact same as my GN and i'm utterly amazed that i haven't seen a single piece of slowdown or stutter when i'm using it, to do anything.

Very pleased with it! 12 months on and its still a monster of a phone!

Just updated to 4.3 PA (boy was that a pain in the ass - for me all the backup apps have stopped working recently). Must say that there is little difference - everything is faster but that is probably just because I'm on the stock kernel again.

At least this gives me the opportunity to see how much better battery life is now.

Unfortunately, it appears the Wi-Fi issue isn't fixed - sleep the display and downloads stop. Also, as they said, LED notifications aren't working properly at the moment (they'll all flash the default colour).

I'm having a couple of minor issues - Spotify has been crashing (although I assume that's because they haven't updated the app) and I need to force stop Chrome occassionally as it won't connect, but it's mostly fine.

Worth me adding a couple of other things. iPlayer isn't compatible with 4.3 yet, however BBC Media Player is. You can simply use the browser instead to find the programmes you want to watch, and to be honest, it is better than the app. Also, touch sensitivity is in a different league to before!

Updated to PA 4.3 yesterday and I couldn't get Titanium backup to restore my apps. After doing a backup verification it said there were errors for every app. I went back to my previous image and verified the backups again and no errors. So I'm holding off for now :p

Theres a issue with TB and the backup folder location. You need to go into the options and re-detect the backup folder, it'll find two. Choose the legacy one and it'll work fine.
