Pricing is meant to be around £30, no idea on the release though, hopefully it'll surface on the 13th!
That really annoys me.. make a solid phone made out of decent materials and then give up on one key area... round the edge. Stupid.

They use the same standard so it should be just fine.
Also more I hear about this phone the better it seems, top notch performance, great design (still need too see it), much improved camera, top notch sound going by GSMarena, best software for me at least and the improvement are much better.

Yeah it's really annoying. The bezel is the let down, the rest of the phone feels nice and is great to hold in the hand.
Does it look fine though without the scratches the parts u see, or does it look plastic and cheap?
The looks are only thing keeping me wanting this phone at the moment, love the thought of glass back and the pattern it has. I am very careful with my phones so unless its literally a scuff magnet mine wont get a mark.

Glass back breaks easily.
Heat / thermal issues.
Speakers suck.
It's LG.
Google can't sell phones properly.
Software update wont fix the above.
Wait a couple weeks and they'll be fixed!

I'm out for now, but having just swapped my one x for a s3 ive no idea what to get, i hate touchwiz with avengence, as it stands for me the one x is still the best alrounder and ill probably go back to one very soon, unless i decide to root the s3 and try out a aosp rom

yeah always get people like this, again it comes down to cant afford or justify so they spam a load of half truths and then look for allies to reassure themselves that again they cant justify or afford the desired item and have now made the correct decision...... bah move on

Theres always a few, and I don't get it to be honest. The S3 is a very good phone, but at the time I couldn't afford it, so I didn't get it. No need to rubbish it.
Right now The best (for me) seem to be either the Lumia 920, or the N4. I simply can't justify the cost of the Lumia. I can now afford it, but with the N4 being as good, if not better for a much lower price point the Lumia loses out on price alone.
Not buying something you cant really afford is a smart thing to do. No need to try and insult the device over it.

So if someone raises a concern this is actually a cover because they can't afford or justify it?
I'd rather do the most to make the right decision first than waste my time with the wrong choice (because your time is actually valuable).
