*** THE OFFICIAL MAX PAYNE 3 THREAD ***

Yeah, the ingame video bloats size like nothing else... Why dont they just render it real time on game engine?...

As for broadband - I'm still in the early 2000s - 5Mb down/1mb up :p Infinity has p2p caps and I use a lot of sopcast and ice-hockey torrenting (its the best way being in UK), so still sticking with completely unlimited O2...

I have been thinking the same for some time that they should use in game rendering as it actually looks better.

Just a random thought, but will Steam be allowing Downloading in advance of the release!
Or will it be a 30GB free-forall, once release day!
I have infinity, but still dont fancy waiting that long...

PS: Pre-ordered an looking forward to MP3 release! :D

Steam have confirmed that we'll be able to preload it, thank goodness!

I made the decision to get the retail copy of MP3, I know it wont be Steam, but Im not really bothered. Especially when release day comes and its going to be a mass server crash/struggle when everyone tries to download it, not only that but its a whopping 35gig to download.

I'll take the DVD's please on this one!

any idea if it will run at max settings on a GTX 460 1GB @1920*1080? Dont really want to upgrade the GPU just for this game..

I reckon it should do Ok, if the recommended specs are a 5870/480.

Do you really feel the need to upgrade your card just because you cant play at max settings though?

LOL, Well hopefully that's an over estimated spec req list and my 2500K @ 4.3 and GTX570 SSC are up to the task. Everything else is AOK :p
