Sucks.

I had a similar problem with an xbox accessory purchased via the online store that went AWOL with UPS. UPS said it was delivered and signed for, yet couldn't produce proof. Microsoft were not interested, refused to intercede with UPS. After a few rounds of to and fro I ended up setting the Credit Card company on them. Signed some forms, had my money back in a couple of days.

I'd dearly love to know where it went missing. I know the local UPS guy as he delivers to us regularly as work is round the corner. He's even brought a couple of parcels to work for me when I wasn't at home...

If the box they shipped it back to you in has corresponding damage make sure you get a photo so you can show any reasonable person would accept the damage happened in transit, not you throwing it on the floor. etc

What mice are you guys using.
Got some travelling to do, I might be able to get away with the Type Cover but the mouse I would rather have something actaully mousey..
Want something wireless but that doesnt require a reciever/dongle, so limited to Bluetooth, want buttons and wheel.
Not sure on the Arc mouse, anyone used it?

Still not found a bloody bag either :/

SO apparently I wont hear anything back from MS Service over whether or not they think UPS smashed my replacement SP3.

Not liking the wait, and fidn it pretty disgraceful having to wait so long for such a clear cut case.

I think they are going to screw me over now.

Battery powerered, no, never seen such an item.
What I'm after currently is a USB to this mini power I have that came with my power hub, if I could run that from the USB on the Surface PSU rather than needing a seperate PSU that'd sort me..

Still trying to find a bag as well, need to take a Mac Mini with me out to LK so bag is now going to be surface, asa and a mac mini...
