I'd prefer the Qualcomm S800 - same performance, better ROMS from CM.

Both are thermally restrained in a phone anyway.

Wish they'd used an 8MP shooter too with bigger pixels.

Sony with their upcoming 20MP camera are just going bonkers stupid.

More storage space taken up with no PQ gains. Where's the sense in that? Its like sticking 200mph rated tyres on a Ford Focus.

Yeah we'll only get the 16GB knowing the trends.

I hope the UK gets the 8core 1.8ghz too and not a lesser quad core snapdragon..

Call me cynical, but we'll probably end up with the 4-core version when every other country will get the 8-core.

That just doesn't cut it these days. I have to use directory bind to remap folders to my SD card and I really shouldn't have to!

I'm looking forward to seeing what we finally get. I want to replace my Nexus 4 at some point, the Note III is leading the way but I need to see if it'll be any good. If not then may got for the One X.

At a guess, no. Their previous iterations had very little between them.

Even an advanced user probably would not. A typical user is not even aware that there are different versions.

Apparently Three are working directly with Samsung setting up their 4g network using new Samsung tech.

Three have said recently that their 4g network will be rolled out later this year and will be at no additional charge.

They certainly got a chunk of the 4g spectrum in the auctions recently.

Not too fussed about the processor diff, more the gpu that comes with it. Is there a big diff GPU performance wise between the adreno and whatever the other one is?
