There will be a heck of a lot of throttling going on in a phone though.

A 10" tablet is where this SoC belongs. Preferably with a silent fan.

Yep needs 32GB onboard. 16GB is joke for a flagship due to big apps.

Yeah we'll only get the 16GB knowing the trends.

Furthermore, Samsung is believed to have dropped using 16GB of inbuilt storage for its high-end devices, meaning that the lowest memory that'll ship in the Galaxy note III is going to be 32GB. We'll find out more on September 4 at Samsung's Unpacked 2 event.

4k video means almost a guarantee of 64GB or 128GB storage capacities which goes inline with recent rumours of Samsung working on 128GB mobile storage chips!

tl;dr:

192/24 offers no benefits to the end user, it's only useful for marketing fodder.

192kHz practical fidelity is slightly worse with more distortion and it could be harmful including ultrasonics.

24bit is only useful for sound engineers who need extra headroom for mastering, 16 bit is way more than enough for playback.

Reports suggest that it may be on sale as early as w/c 8th of September so that it can have a go at the iPhone 5S which is expected mid September.
