As in wireless connection rate or actual internet download rate over wireless?
And how are you testing transfer speeds, if it's speedtest app then ensure it's the same server?
Had the update last night too, flashed the uk stock rom over the original 3 rom I had, yet to notice what this update has done though.
Mine here - completed a series of SW Updates; MI7, MJ1, MJ2, MJ3.
The screen is gorgeous and the back is a decent improvement over shiny plastic. Samsung still needs to push perceived quality up a few notches.
This phone is also screaming out DPI control.

Ok guys, ive had my Note 3 for 4 days now, 1 the wifi is pretty crap, drops out a lot, never had this issue with the S3 i had before it and my other issue is the glass of the screen is more aligned to left side than the right, leaving a couple of mm of gap between the edge of the glass and the silver bezel - does anyone elses have this? or is it something im well within my rights to take back and get it changed, as its clearly not assembled correctly.

On MJ3 according to the phone, but still i cant go out of the room without it dropping connection, really odd

I wouldn't be happy with that, I'd get it swapped.
