By looks of it we will be starting without him, not that he can't join in at a later date if he so wishes... Only problem I have at the minute is the I'm about to start my Saturday nightshifts (this week and next) which means I do the update on the Sunday morning upon my return. This is tough enough with 12 - 14 entries nevermind close to 30 as everyone starts...
If everyone wants the early start say next week? I'll suffer it out, failing that March 9th. Everyone has a say in this competition

Personally I'd say take the couple of weeks as a holiday from it yourself DJ. It's absolutly brilliant what you did for the first event, and really looking forward to this one now, but give yourself a breather before committing yourself for the next 6 months. If your work schedule makes things trickier for you, do what's easiest for you.
You are a legend for doing this, and I know me and MrsSeabiscuit, and I'm sure everyone who took part, really appreciated everything you did.

I'm easy (so Ive been told 
) and over the space of the next 6 months I'll have it to do so honestly it's up to you lot. If everyone wants another couple of weeks to source beer etc then I'm happy if not I'm still happy Yeah let's go for March 9th, no point rushing it through and as you say gives people time to prepare/scope out beers
I'm feeling confident, found a couple of specialist beer shops with hundreds of different beers in Glasgow which gives me plenty of scope to pick out some winners
As long as Ahleckz doesn't follow me there....

Can we possibly have a new ramblings thread though for new comp say to start now so that it gets a fresh start with every ones names again and a list of letter and corresponding type? just a thought

i say the 9th of march to. can we enter loads of entries all at once. i know that i have holidays etc coming up and don;t want to miss wks like last time, cost me big time

If anyone is going to enter more than entry at a time then please let me know on here first and also make sure that they are all clearly marked as per week, individually entered rather than all in one email and please don't name in the subject what the drink is. Apart from that no mate, I've no problem with it

Thats good DJ, i thought multiple entries was generally a no-no. I suppose as long as the subject is "Marvt74 - Week 21" then it shouldn't cause too many issues

No mate last competition many people entered a few at a time, as long as I know then that's fine. Yes clearly marking it is the secret! I'm playing too and nothing worse than opening someones folder to get that weeks entry to be greated with a beer name for other weeks! That or a question on something...
A word of warning though! Once a beer has been entered for a certain week it's then entered and can't be changed! So please keep this in mind people whenever you are doing it.
