Oh I know what I want. One of my best loved and just the mention of the name brings back so many happy memories when I worked out there back in 2001.

I kind of hope it's not a 3 pointer, because the beer is so good I'd be glad if someone else has experienced the joy. Easily in my top 3 favourite breweries alongside Stone and Sierra Nevada.
