What is "the" lego set to have nowadays? Or whats the biggest in terms of pieces in both normal lego and the technic series?
The biggest kit ever was the mini figure scale millennium falcon, wasn't it? 5000 pieces and a meter long, or something.
Wish I never stopped now, all the really good kits are super expensive now. Was looking for another tow truck and they are like £600+ now
I made a little wish list, until I started looking into the prices:
All technic sets are now 2 in 1, as in two decent models from the same pieces. Smaller sets come with two sets of instructions and the big ones you have to download the pdfs from the Lego website.
Biggest Technic is the radio controlled digger or the Unimog.
Can't stretch to them though, so treated myself to this today:
