***The Official OcUK Lego Thread***

Guya know of any hard (load of pieces) lego? Im fter something that will be challenging and take a while to build rather than a couple of hours...

Thanks :)

so, thought i would spend a bit of time sorting through my lego, spent just over two days on and off, still got a small pile left, need to get it through the washing machine though and freshen it up, then ill sort it out into more pots, need to dig out all my manuals next.

I am sure there is an expert here who would know this. I have got my lad the Lego City Train (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lego-City-7...JCQ8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1354107605&sr=8-1) for Xmas and I was wondering realistically how many extra packs of the flexible tracks I would need to get if indeed I do need anymore (as I've spent far too much on him already and am trying to teach him some moderation!). If anyone knows whether 1 pack would be enough I would be appreciative.

Order another couple near the time or something, and take it back if its not needed? Keep it out the way, and only bring it out if needed..

Two questions, of equal difficulty, how does one simply walk into Mordor and how does one get Lego into the washing machine?!:o

Get some LOTR Lego and solve both at once. :p

Got some stuff yesterday, had forgotten about this, will try and remember to upload once I've built it.

i get lego in the washing machine by tipping it into pillow cases, tying the tops up ;)

This is how it's usually done.

Sorting by colour is a bad idea though, makes it really hard to find what you're looking for as the shapes don't stand out so well.

Sort by shape instead and picking out the right colour is trivial.
