Finally finished the Liebherr Excavator I got for Christmas, I didn't want to start and not be able to finish it because of work or something.

It looks the dogs doodahs for £25 + delivery but I'm really reluctant to order as it's from Russia. They take paypal so I suppose that would stand in my favour should nothing turn up. There are reviews on FB and their website but who knows how authentic they are? The website layout screams 'scam' though, not entirely dissimilar to the GD thread recently where the site had the £ symbol after the price and some user accounts were created to defend the site.

Got the original of this, epic set (but have now built the fan alternative model - the car transporter).

Wonder how the quality compares - not that I'd expect much for the ridiculous low price.

As stated - quite likely to be a scam.

Yeah that's pricey, however about in line for the average of 10p/piece. Bugatti was similar I think.

I do like this and feel a lot of 'want'...never had that for the bugatti, don't like the look of it, either as lego or in real life.

Chiron was the best build ever. Amazing, especially the gear box.

For this set I'm going to wait for an inevitable 20 percent off at some point to get it.
Or I could swap my porsche 911 gt3 for it.
That thing is worth about the same. Price as this now!

Loved the build of the GT3, I may have incorrectly assumed the chiron build was more of the same?

The other issue for me is that the GT3 is still built and sat on my book case, the chiron would get dismantled in short order, just not a fan of the look :(
 
I never liked the Porsche or the Bugatti but this one, damn. Even the box is a work of art.

Might need to change the seat colour though. Tan Brown would go well.

The fastest chocolate lime on the planet heheh.

The gt3 looks awesome. But the chiron was just amazing. The transmission and engine were crazy detailed.

This one at least you can look at the engine, unlike on the chiron.

The porsche set I have spare has doubled in value already, and the chiron is now increasing

Yeah looks fab doesn't it. Would sit nice next to the porsche in particular.
Hyper orange and hyper green. Nice
