***The Official OcUK Lego Thread***

I want that but not available and just seen on ebay for £120! Wife would def divorce me if I bought that :)
Think it was a very controversial "vip points redeem" thing or something.
As in loads of people wanted it and website kept crashing if I remember. I think it was so bad they did another round and I got it in round 2.

Tbought about selling mine but it's so cute I decided to keep it.

Hence only just building it now!

Ordered Tudor Corner & Pre ordered the Williams FW14B last night.

Still trying to catch up on building. Got Jazz Club & Boutique Hotel still to build.
My row of modulars looks really good, although the 3 above will complete the shelf. Its over 3m long and won`t take anymore. :D

Have you guys seen this set in the brinklink designer program??

I've set a reminder for the date to grab one. It looks unbelievably good!

So I've just listed our retired LOTR / Hobbit collection for sale and had loads of interest and sales so far, using prices from Bricklist and Brickeconomy, made about $10k (NZ) on what originally would have cost about $3k at retail!

Looking to invest that back into Lego, as well as buy some architecture to actually build. Notre Dame and Trevi fountain are definites, what else would you look at for a challenging but fun, and true to life build in the Architecture range? I was thinking about the Botanic garden too. Also, what pieces would be good for a 10 year investment?

Here's the collection for those who would like to see what was there...

Where did you list/sell it on?

My Williams FW14B has been dispatched and will be with me tomorrow. :D
Mine arrived Saturday. I got 2 as I really wanted to keep one unopened but I knew I wouldn’t be able to not build it. I managed to resist building it until Sunday evening.

Really enjoyed the build. Some great bits, I like how the wishbones give a bit of suspension bounce. Really love how the floor comes together too. The finished model looks great!

My son is looking for a Technics set, up to around £250, does anyone have a recommendation for a good set to build? Think he'd prefer a car of some kind, thank you.

You cannot build the Williams without buying the after market replacement stickers. Something like this….

I saw some pictures of one on Facebook with the proper livery and even had me interested in getting my first set in years.
