Anyone would be mad not to buy from JL, for that sole reason.
To be honest you get 6 years under UK law if you really have to go that route.

It's a good incentive however I don't particularly want to wait until the middle of next week to actually get my phone and in all likelihood I'll sell it after 12 months anyway.

Fair do's. I guess it'll involve a bit more faff though.
2 year warranty coupled with excellent customer service. It’s a no brainer.I'm guessing for the 2-year warranty?
Yes you do but it’s not quite as simple as it sounds, plus any refund would be assessed on a pro-rata basis. To be honest you get 6 years under UK law if you really have to go that route.
If anyone cares
Nova Launcher + Nova Companion has been a thing for a long time.
Anyone with the 6T comment on the vibration motor and strength? I've read it's quite poor and similar to the op3.
You got a Wednesday delivery estimate then? I ordered mine on Friday and my estimate is Thursday
I dunno. I mean I used to love Nova back in the day, but it's since become a bloaty mess.
Clock still tells the wrong time I see
You can return an 'unwanted item providing it's unused and in it's original packaging'. You do not have 14 days to try out your device (as Apple allow) in order to see if you like it and return it for a refund 'no questions asked' if you don't.Anyone have any experience with John Lewis Returns for Mobile phones? cant really see anything clear cut on their site to say can return within 14 days if unwanted.
It only says unused items can be returned within 35 days. nothing about DSR..
Fair enough, how it should be imo. Not like you don't have the opportunity to try it in a shop beforehand.

Unlike Apple JL is a retailer not a manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights under the CRA/CCRs
