It'd be good if there was no shortage but it seems a strange approach to not let people preorder but to say there will be plenty of stock available. If that's the case then why not keep preorders open rather than making them go to a store on the day.

In NZ it seems everywhere is sold out, the dates for preorders now are already Jan/Feb 2014. Sadly I may have to cancel my preorder as we just got battered by 140kmh storms so I'm looking at some expensive house/garden repairs :(

Sony Announces Tokyo Game Show Stage Events, Updates Titles List: 14 PS4 Games

Sony is bringing out the big guns at Tokyo Game Show, and today they sent an updated list of stage events and titles that visitors at the Makuhari Messe will be able to enjoy between September the 19th and September the 22nd.

In addition to the stage events and games, that you can find listed below by platform, visitors will be able to get their hands on the new PS Vita model PCH-2000, on the PS4 and on the PS Vita TV, attached to some majestic 40” Sony Bravia TVs.

Moreover, visitors will be able to enjoy Puppeteer and the games rated Cero Z (18 and up) using Sony’s HMZ-T3W head mounted 3D Displays.

Part of the event will also be livestreamed in collaboration with Nico Nico.

Edit, in fact, bf4 date has changed too, for me. Maybe I pre ordered too late!?

Edit 2: my ps4 pre order has moved back to December too. And I pre ordered that the day after the announce. Odd

My pre order from 4th August still says 29th November.

Are the new dates the same date for everything you ordered?

If so it may have changed if you choose to get everything delivered together, so one thing being delayed then delays the rest of the order.
 
I only pre-ordered watchdogs on the 6th September but its till saying estimated delivery is 29th nov.

Same with BF4 though I pre-ordered that on 25th August. Still not ages ago.

My PS4 is coming from elsewhere though if that makes any difference.
