Cos I would rather do it from the lounge on a big screen without having to hold a tablet/phone/laptop steady whilst be clambered on by a 3y.o. and also having the whole room in view rather than following him round with the camera... silly question tbf, phone is convenient for audio not for video.

Uncle Bob?

Will Skype ever come to PS4? I can't find anything more recent than 2 years old and all just rumour and hearsay. Has either MS or Sony ruled it out?

Can't imagine there's much demand for it really.

So yesterday my PS4 Pro asked me to login to PSN (usually it's automatic)

So I tapped my password in, and then it said I need to update my password and that I needed to enter my email address (which was pre-entered on the screen) and click next and that I would receive an email with a link to change my password within 24 hours.

That was over 24 hours ago and I still haven't had an email. I tried going direct to the Sony PSN website but it just said the same sort of thing.

Anyone had this before? Pretty annoying.

Not sure if I should ask here or on PC section. Can anyone recommend a USB bluetooth dongle that works with DS4 on the PC but isn't as expensive or as big as the official USB dongle?

This is the exact one I have. Works perfectly with the DualShock 4. (Click the first word for the link)

It's tiny, I've plugged mine into the back of my keyboard and I've had it for almost 2 years. I have used it with all sorts, including Wii Remotes, WiiU Pro controller, Xbox One S controller and of course the DualShock 4 controller.

However you will need to install the DS4Windows software for the drivers for the PC to support the controller. Awesome piece of software, let's you use the touchpad for mouse control, in addition to full customisation.

So I tried to log on tonight and suddenly its demanding my password. And its saying its wrong. So I clicked the forgotten password option. And it says my info is invalid when I'm submitting my email. Even though its correct and hasn't changed since yesterday.

What the hell? :(

I didn't have any money in my wallet. I do have a debit card on the account. I'll need to check that for any unauthorised payments....

I didn't think about two step before now. I'll set it up once I get my account sorted.

Why would anyone not have two step set up? Hope you don't have payment info saved or a lot of money in your wallet.

I never have to have 2 step verification for anything, it's a major concern that Sony's security is that bad. Plus I bet no one even knows about it, I do because the Sony guy I spoke to told me about it whilst laughing about me getting hacked.

Ok well I checked my online banking and thankfully there have been no unauthorised payments on my debit card. I'm a bit reluctant to have the bank stop it until I know for definite if I've been hacked or not. If anything does come off I can always claim it as fraud anyway.

The guy laughed at you?! If I was you I'd have been demanding to speak to a manager to make a complaint. That's terrible customer service.

I thought it was pretty well known that Sony's security was awful. Lots of details were leaked a couple of years ago when they were hacked. Since then, I've heard of loads of people getting hacked. I enabled 2 step as soon as it was available. In my opinion, every online account should have 2 step available.

Yeah it was a bit weird, there was no unauthorised payments off a card on there, I don't think I had any that were in date anyway, he just started making a joke of the whole episode. Luckily I'm pretty laid back but it did annoy me and I told him, he **** up then.

Has anyone on Virgin and who happens to play CoD had to configure the SH2 for manual port forwarding?

I just couldn't get the damn thing to give me an open nat in CoD, the only way was to manually add the rule in port forwarding.

It's not "that bad", it's that 2-stage verification is much more secure and will tend to prevent people from gaining access to your account in the manner that they have. You should always enable it when given the option.
