*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

I never have to have 2 step verification for anything, it's a major concern that Sony's security is that bad. Plus I bet no one even knows about it, I do because the Sony guy I spoke to told me about it whilst laughing about me getting hacked.
Sony is no more insecure than any other establishment that stores your password. All can be hacked and all passwords can be stolen at source.
2-factor authentication just adds an extra layer - should the password be hacked at either end, then this stops anybody being able to make use of it.

I'm unable to purchase anything with my PayPal account through psn ! Anyone else having troubles ? My card is still current linked to my PayPal account. And it has the money on it. Hmm.

So I got an email back from their customer support, saying they can't proceed yet as the info I provided doesn't match their records. They want my Your SEN sign-in username and my date of birth.

Sorry to seem thick, but which one is my SEN sign-in username?

anyone know when the 4.50 update is out?

I'm so much looked forward to hooking up a 5tb external drive and just being able to have all my games accessible on the dashboard rather than having the majority of them deleted!! :)

Yeah right, if you had 5TB of concurrent games you haven't finished seems a bit daft but hey ho.

There are some games I've completed that I still like to replay chapters or play the multiplayer aspect. When you've completed a game you nuke and never touch it again?

In most cases yes, it's rare I ever like a game enough to warrant a return to it. Exceptions would be open world games like Skyrim, Fallout and some looty games like Diablo. I tend to play single player story based games so yes I'm generally done when I'm done.

i didn't say it'd be full up right away did i? But things like all those PS+ games etc...just nice to dip you toes into now and then. I just like the idea of not having to keep deleting stuff and given that 5tb drives are about 100 quid, that seems a good price per tb to achieve that wish.
