How to get in the good books and sell it at the same time.

Put said girlfriend by the TV, Give her the ps4 to hold, sell the stand and tell her the new one is prettier :D
 
After 200+ hours of BF4 my left analgue stick is peeling, ordered some more from Ebay to replace them with as im not waiting around for sony to check and replace.

re sticks, I'm happy with the orb covers, I find them much gripper, almost makes my thumbs sore but it's ok.
 
Experience ;) Been with my wife for 20 years this year so anything that keeps her busy and out of my way is all good lol and a compliment always goes down well :D

You can't put a price on experience. How do I convince her I need a new car when I have a perfectly good one at the moment?
 
Oh that's easy, Remove something so the car won't start and guesstimate it would be cheaper to buy new than repair but you could get a great price for part ex :D

I find it's also good to say how much you'll be saving, rather than how much it's going to cost. Say you're getting something for half price and it instantly becomes a good deal, irrespective of how much it costs ;)
 
No you just need Microsoft to do all the hard work for you :D Then you pop up and add "oh and ours is much much cheaper too". Job done, go home, pop champagne.
 
As word spreads about PSN plus and the quality of constant free games, I can only see more and more PS4 users tbh.

You would be amazed that the masses have no clue that you get games for free every month.
 
I think a lot of people think its just some gimmicky subscription to get discounts etc, When I first got my xbox360 and ps3 you get hit with adverts from lovefilm and netflix etc trying to get you to sign up so I recon a lot just dismissed it without looking properly.

I know I did till I actually looked at it when we all got free games for the psn getting hacked, Not bought a game in ages since I subbed.

Build a machine at a sensible launch price, don't deploy obvious draconian policies and people will buy - proven by these very good sales figures.

Sony do deserve this, but it'll slow down as MS will fix their mistakes and slow Sony down somewhat over the coming year..

But, still impressive - infamous second son this month as well. Good times ahead.
