I just downloaded Under the Waves. Looks interesting. The last of us Part 1 remake is now on PSplus. Didn’t realise. Looks like I have something to play again
Under the waves looks interesting too.
For myself it will depend on what performance uplift on particular games and even then you're at the mercy of the developers to support the bloody thing... cough PS5 60FPS version for RDR2.
My days a Returnal upgrade would be amazing - for those that haven't played that yet you're in for an absolute treat it's a stunning game. That's the thing. I'd want to be sure the games I play get updates and that new games consistently receive worthwhile PS5 Pro enhancements. Thought I'm slightly disappinted how few games have been confirmed as receiving PS5 Pro updates. There's loads of big name titles (Cyberpunk, Elden Ring, Returnal, Diablo 4, Baldurs Gate 3) currrently missing from the update list that I feel could really benefit from and update to utilise the performance of the pro.

Was thinking that Returnal is already perfect but I’ll take it.My days a Returnal upgrade would be amazing - for those that haven't played that yet you're in for an absolute treat it's a stunning game.

Sony Says PS5's Dashboard-Art Change Was Just A Bug
The PS5 was previously covering the dashboard in unwanted ads and outdated information.www.gamespot.com

Waiting for the "pay £10 extra on PS subscription to have ads removed". You just know it's coming ....An error....yeah......More like that was an feature they were testing and forgot to turn it off before anyone noticed.

Some people, like DF, were invited to a hands-on demo of the PS5 Pro. There were a few devs there, too, but I don't recall any of them saying it was much easier to develop games because of PSSR. They did state, however, that they could more easily achieve higher frame rates without compromising as much on image quality. Was i dreaming or did i see that someone that had hands on with the Pro (Could have been DF) while speaking to the Devs/Sony state that the introduction of PSSR makes it much easier/quicker to develop/implement higher frame rate/unlocked frame rate for older games?
I'm saving a replay of the last of us. I've played the PS3, PS4 versions. Was hesitant to buy it yet again (Part 1) but now it's on PS+ I'll get another go through on ps5 proThose getting a Pro, what is some of the first games you plan to play?
I was hoping AC Shadows was coming this year, but thats now delayed, can't think of many new games, anything else on the horizon near to the pro release?
That's part of the problem - there isn't really anything coming out until next year. I've got an eye on Metaphor ReFantazio ... but I'm sure it'll run just fine on the base PS5. Some people are looking forward to Silent Hill 2, but I'm not that interested. Perhaps the Indiana Jones ( in December ) might be fun ; it's an Xbox game but available on all major platforms including Playstation. Can't think of a lot else off the top of my head right now. Those getting a Pro, what is some of the first games you plan to play?
